The subject matter of the work is an authorship. In more concrete way the work is shaped canvas-paintings with conceptual and linguistic twists. The work includes six individual paintings and works as a group or installation that forms my name by shaped canvases that resemble the letter L, A, S, S, S, E. This way I’m using a logic of words to approach the question how could painting installation be determined as concept and when such work can or could be ready. Also poking the debate of that if an artwork would need an author or not, a someone there to make the decisions and how observable it should be presented.
(Title of the work does not translate to English, but it means something or someone that is not named or does not have a name. It also refers to the tradition where works of art have been left unnamed ,thus called ‘Untitled’.)
